Seasonal Package – 2025/26
Visits are occur once the snow on the ground exceeds 5 cm. Snow is typically cleared in the morning or evening, depending on how much has accumulated. The visit will take place within 24 hours of meeting this condition.

The payment will be made in two installments: half on November 1st at the start of the contract and the other half on January 1st.

Upgrade your winter service for extra peace of mind. For just $150–$350 per season, (HST Included) we’ll clear key walkways by hand and apply our low‑corrosion salt blend to keep ice from forming. It’s a small investment that helps protect your family, guests, and deliveries all winter long.

After meeting with a service representative and finalizing a service agreement, the customer will be asked to sign a contract detailing the terms of the agreement along with a basic liability form.
